Boring Halloween
I had planned on going out last night and tearing up the town with my friend Beth, but she had too much fun at the Method Man show the night before. Instead, I stayed home and gave out candy to kids. This was nice, until the grown-ups started asking for candy. I kid you not, I had adults, with their children, shoving their bags in my face saying "trick or treat!" Don't these adults realize that if you are going to celebrate Halloween after the age of 21, it should involve alcohol and not candy solicitation? (is that a word?)
