Eggs, eggs, everywhere

Seriously, what do you do with all those eggs after Easter? I am lucky enough to travel to my parents for Easter every year, so I never have to deal with the smell of rotting eggs in my trash or the tri-colored omelettes. I guess most people have switched over to plastic eggs these days, but I know there are quite a few of you out there who go old school and color your own real eggs. I applaud you. I just wonder what really happens with them after you are done with the hunt. I don't remember from my childhood, and I don't ask my parents for fear of being asked if I want to take some home. Please comment below.

Needless to say, I did not do anything hip in C'ville this weekend. It was very hip down in Martinsville, though, where, whenever I go, I am treated like the little princess that the whole world should see that I am. But, alas, it is usually only your parents who see that goodness in you no matter what you do. I am blessed with two really good ones, and it was good and hip to spend some time with them.

Hope your Easter was a blast! Coming soon: More hip events coming up in April and May. There are some great ones listed in my posts below for April. So, if you missed them, scroll down!
